Highly recommend Appleton Campbell. We had a water softener installed, among other things, and John Sayers and Austin Campbell were fantastic. They explained everything very well and the service turnaround was much quicker than we expected.

Ethan did a great job during our first routine maintenance inspection of our furnace. He found the root problem causing all of the prior issues we experienced (which the previous company never identified but only bandaided), explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, verified our existing system is still currently safe, provided advice on what would be the best actual fix, and left a follow up number in case we have additional questions.

I am thankful for having found Appleton Campbell after prior plumbers overcharged or did work that didn't hold up. After bringing them out to repair a bust pipe, I signed up for the MVP plan and the included plumbing inspection was an incredible service. Nicholas identified that my water pressure was too high, my sump pump wasn't activating properly, and that I had a subtle leak. He demonstrated and explained everything in front of me so I understood his findings and how these systems work and drained my water heater (at no extra cost). Keith returned the following week with a partner to fix all three issues. They were professional, efficient, kept my home clean, and ensured the wifi module for my new sump pump was accurately connected to my network.
