Marshall was fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He completed an air-conditioning inspection for my new home and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he found. He was incredibly informative, provided detailed explanations, and helped me understand things I need to be mindful of in the future, as well as the different options I have when it comes to maintenance and service.

He was kind, professional, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. And as an added bonus, he was wonderful with my dogs (which is always a huge plus in my book).

I really appreciated the time and care he put into the inspection. I would absolutely recommend Marshall to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and personable service!

Jason and Micah: Technically excellent, very personable and related well to the customer. Conducted the work quickly and thoroughly. Checked with customer upon departure to make sure customer did not have any additional concerns or questions. These two guys represented Appleton Campbell extremely well.

The tech was great. The unit was fixed quickly. Maybe not the cheapest but that’s ok. Theres good work, fast work and cheap work. Generally you get to pick two of those but not all 3. Appleton Campbell has never let me down and I’ve been a customer for 15 yrs.

John W arrived in the expected time window and did a great job with answering my questions and setting my mind at ease about an issue we had with the installation of our UV light system on our water treatment set up. He also took the time to walk me through replacing my sediment filter to verify I was doing it correctly. His explanations were clear, and his attention to details as well as his patience were greatly appreciated. We're requesting John by name in the future!

I love Appleton Campbell.
Today's variety of my house decided to go bad was electrical.

As always, I had a great experience and Artie was who came out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and took the time to explain what was going on rather than just fixing the problem and leaving. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made sure everything was safe and working properly, and gave me confidence that the job was done correctly.

He was also responsive, courteous, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
